Finding Your Treasures:
Santa Barbara Revisited
Whether you live under the bright lights of the Big Apple or the City of Angels, there are hidden treasures all around us waiting to be found. It was exciting to sell pieces from my prized collection that I have built up over many years as a top interior designer. I had the pleasure of meeting collectors, antique dealers, interior designers and other artists who shared their years of experience with us.
To be the best interior designer, I need to be in the field, touching, feeling, and listening to the stories of these treasures.
Each piece I purchase has a unique story attached to it.
We had a lot of traffic come through our booth and were able to sell from of our prized DLD Collection.
It is always rewarding to pass on pieces to individuals who care about the items as much as I have.
The CALM show offered me an opportunity to meet new dealers with a vast amount of quality antiques to choose from.
I was fortunate to meet with potential interior design clients in need of my expertise.
My next show will be the Bustamante Antique Show in Pasadena from March 8-10.
With the economy picking up, customers are more inclined to spend money on new treasures for their home.
If you have antiques that you would like to add to our next show in March, please contact us: [email protected].
P.S. I love how technology makes everyday tasks easier.
In the past, payments for high $$$ items were difficult but now with the Square transactions were a breeze. We used it all weekend.
