We’re gearing up for Westweek at the Pacific Design Center  this week and excited about all the new things we will be seeing. As an interior designer I can’t wait to see what new textiles and trends in decorating are in store. This is always an inspiring event, and makes sense that it takes place in Spring.  It’s the season that brings us all that is new in nature.  The first sign that Spring is here is the new blooms of flowers everywhere, so a great way to revive an interior is by adding fresh cut flowers in a beautiful vase as a focal point.  A great vase can stand alone as an accent in a room becoming a versatile accessory to compliment your arrangement.

Keeping to one type of flower or colour is a simple look with big impact and will have a fresh look.

A vase filled with various flowers and colours has a lot of personality, and doesn’t always require precise arranging.

Check back next week as we bring back highlights from Westweek and share our favorite finds.
